Returns

• You may return items within 7 days of delivery for any reason.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at studiokumimi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✔ A brief description of the issue
✔ A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
✔ Your order number

We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
