Returns

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
